About the apartment
The apartments are in Jurmala – the only official resort in Latvia, which is well known for its natural treasures – healing mud, mineral water and pine tree woods. The “Sun terrace” apartment is located on the 2nd floor with a seperate entrance, 73 m2 big.
The apartments were open for the public in May 2018. They are fully lanscaped, furnished and equipped with all necessities – wireless interent, interactive TV, household appliences, kitchen utensils, bedding, towels etc. The whole territory makes up 750 m2, a beautiful garden and spacious childrens playground.
“Sun Terrace” monthly rent:
- January to May – 1300.00 EUR*;
- June – 3100.00 EUR*;
- July – 3500.00 EUR*;
- August – 3100.00 EUR*;
- September to Decebmer – 1300.00 EUR*’.
*The rent fee includes cleaning once a week (inc. changing the bedding and towels).
